Shipping Policy

We ship US only. All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday/Tuesday. 
Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipment. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder. Shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and method, and we charge you only what we pay.

Free Shipping

“Imagine IF…” offers free shipping on orders over $60. All free shipping offers are subject to the following terms:

  • Orders are deliverable to U.S. residential addresses only at this time. via Priority Shipping by the U.S. Postal Service. 

  • Orders containing any item(s) marked as on sale in addition to any full-priced item(s) are only eligible for this offer if the subtotal is over $60.00. 

  • Some premium and select launch product(s) are not eligible for this offer. Shipping promotion will not be applied to these product(s) at check-out. Gift cards are not eligible for this offer.

  • Minimum order value must be met after application of any discount, coupon, promotion. 

  • Minimum order value will be determined before application of all applicable taxes, shipping charges and surcharges.

  • Offer is not available for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders may not be shipped to Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO Boxes or international addresses.

  • Offer cannot be applied to prior, completed purchases.

  • Offer is not available to resellers, wholesalers or diverters.

PRE-SALE and PRE-ORDER

All items marked "Pre-Sale" or "Pre-Order" are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 weeks of your original purchase date.

Please note* if you have purchased non Pre-Sale/Order items with your order, all products will ship with your Pre-Sale items.

SHIPMENT CARRIERS

Customers may choose from shipping options with USPS, and FedEx. All shipments to PO boxes will be shipped via USPS. Shipments within the US are estimated to take 3-5 business days in transit. See checkout for full list calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance. “Imagine IF…” is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.
